Firstly, I'm UK Based and English is my first language - This immediately solves most communication issues found with several "remote" freelancers.
Secondly, I care about your project. I'm not going to write some sloppy code, hand it over to you, and forget that you or the project ever existed. I want to work with you and help the project to succeed in the long run. My code is always 100% Semantic, Valid, and Up to Date with all relevant Coding Standards and Guidelines. Once the project is complete, if you ever need anything else, I'll be more than happy to work on it again.
Thirdly, I'm not going to rip you off. My prices arn't the cheapest, but they're certainly not the most expensive. The saying "you get what you pay for" doesn't apply 100%. Take the following examples into consideration: A Freelancer Charges £2.50/Hour to write code, the project will either drag on for months, constantly increasing the bill, or the code will be of very low quality. A Company 2 Charges £50/Hour to complete a project/modification for you. To charge this much, you're a large company, and you lose personal service. You may also be subject to receiving bad code, or given code that was already written for another client - Not exactly the service you'd be expecting.
